BagJunkie is a proudly Canadian online retailer. Based in Ontario, the majority of our items are shipped directly from our location in Canada. The new Floto Line of Bags, are delivered on a dropship basis from Floto in the United States. All BagJunkie items are made from the highest quality, durable leathers. This FAQ section is designed to answer your most commonly asked questions and to make your shopping experience pleasant and seamless. Please take a moment to review. Placing an order Online
Just click on the "store" button and click add to cart below the item you wish to purchase. Your item will be added to your electronic "shopping cart." From there, you can make changes to your order and Update Cart, Continue Shopping, or Checkout and make payment.
You can check the contents of your shopping cart by clicking on the "Cart Contents" button appearing near the upper right side of our store. From there you can proceed to purchase your items through PayPal's secure payment service using any major credit card or an e-check.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Exceptions occur on holidays, weekends and on back ordered items. BagJunkie ships all items via Canada Post Express which generally takes 5-7 business days for delivery within Canada and the United States except on holidays and on back-ordered merchandise. All customers are emailed a tracking number so they can track delivery of their item online at www.canadapost.ca. The Floto line is shipped from their warehouse in Connecticut via USPS and deliveries generally take one week for in-stock items.

Shipping Calculations
BagJunkie strives to keep costs down to make this an affordable shopping experience. As such we share in the "real" costs of shipping which can range quite high. The actual shipping cost that is extended to our customers is based on the purchase price and ranges from $15-35 throughout North America. A chart is provided in the shipping section of the store. Customers based in the United States who receive goods shipped from our Ontario, Canada location will be charged duty and applicable taxes upon receipt. Items shipped from within the US to a US address (e.g. the Floto Imports collection) are not subject to customs. Likewise, Canadian customers receiving goods shipped from Floto in the US, can expect to pay duty and applicable taxes. Items shipped from BagJunkie to customers within Canada are not subject to customs.

Please email us at customercare@Bag Junkie ™ online.com and we will respond to your email within 24 hours. Alternatively you can call us at 416-877-9299 Monday through Saturday from 9 am-6 pm EST.
2. What is your guarantee?
Bag Junkie ™ carefully selects only the finest crafted items for our online store. Our long-standing relationship with our suppliers also ensures that Bag Junkie ™ clients receive top-quality merchandise. We employ high quality digital photography to capture true to life images of the products we sell. In the unlikely event you receive an item that you are unhappy with, you can return it to Bag Junkie ™ for an exchange or refund (minus shipping and handling fees and a 10% restocking fee) within seven business days. To conduct an exchange or refund, simply email us at customercare@Bag Junkie ™ online.com and state the reason for your return or exchange. We will respond to you with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number. Package your return in its original packaging (some items are shipped with protective dust covers), write the RGA number on the box and send it to Bag Junkie ™. Upon receiving the returned item we will then issue you a reimbursement or exchange.
NOTE: All products MUST be returned within seven (7) days in their original new, unused condition. Damaged items sent to Bag Junkie ™, will be returned to the sender and a refund or exchange will be refused.
