No overnight delivery
In the unlikely event you receive an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, we will gladly refund that item for you. Requests for refunds must be made within seven (7) days of receipt and must be emailed to customercare@bagjunkieonline.com. We will issue you a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Code. Items must be sent back in their original, unused condition, in their original packaging (some items come with protective dust covers). Damaged goods will be returned to sender and a refund will be refused. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender and refunds are subject to a 10% administration fee. For returned goods that involved a duty at time of receipt, ensure that you retain your custom's invoice so that you can request a refund of the duty fee.
